Full access to our spa at the following times: 7:30am - 9:30am & 5:00pm - 9:00pm

Our spa facilities include indoor swimming pool, herbal steam room, salt steam room, herbal sauna, Himalyan salt sauna, experience shower, ice fountain, outdoor hydrotherapy pool, ice bath, barrel-drench shower, relaxation room, wellbeing studio and fitness studio.

Membership benefits include:

Terms & Conditions
    Terms & Conditions of Membership 

All members(“Members”), and guests, mustcomply with these Terms & Conditions
(“Terms”) which are incorporated into a Member’s Contract with 

Gleddoch Resorts Ltd (“us”), and compliance with these Terms & Conditions is important both to
maintain standards and to enable Members to get full enjoymentfrom their Membership. 

  

Any person who does not comply with these Terms &
Conditions may be ejectedfrom, or deniedaccess to the facility,
and/or may have their Membership terminated (at our absolute discretion). 

  

  

Membership 

1. Acceptance of an application for Membership is at our absolute discretion(although we will exercise ourdiscretion reasonably, and in compliance with applicable laws). 

  

2. Membershipentitles Members to use thefacilities available from time to time during the designated hours applicable
to their category of membership. 

  

3. You must pay the joining fee, as set out in our membership fees.
The joining fee is non-refundable. If we or you end your membership for any
reason and you want to rejoin, a new joining fee may be payable at that time. 

  

4. Our membership is a rolling contract and will automatically
continue on a month-to month basis, unless you or we end it under these Terms. 

  

5. Payment is only accepted by monthly Direct Debit and the
payment date will be advised on sign up. Depending on the date you wish your
membership to start, we may need to take initial fees by card. This will be
discussed with you at the time of sign up. 

  

6. If you fail to make payments due under the terms of your
membership, we may contract a debt recovery agency or other organisations to
help us obtain payment from you. We will only do this after we have written to
you (at the postal address we have on our records) or emailed you, using the
email address provided on your application form asking for payment. We also
have the right to suspend your membership (and refuse you entry to the spa)
until you have paid the full amount you owe (including any administration
fees), and the right to take legal action to claim the amount you owe. 

  

7. Members benefits are specific to certain membership
categories and we reserve the right to add or amend these, any amendments we
will notify you in writing at least 30 days prior to the changes which take
place. 

  

  

Membership card 

8. A Membership Card will be issued to each Member when they join. Please note, an administration charge will be
applied to replace lost membership cards. 

  

9. Each Member must have his/hercard swiped for security and verification on each
visit before proceeding into the facility. Any Member attendingwithout a valid Membership Card may be asked for proof of identification. 

  

10.  A
Member must not lend his/her Membership Card to anyone else as membership is personal and covers only
the Member’s use of a facilities. Breach of this rule will
entitle us to terminate your membership with immediate effect. 

  

11.  On termination of membership, forany reason, this will
make the Member ineligible for entry from the point of termination and the Memberis required to surrender his/herMembership Card. 

  

  

Guests and visitors 

12.  Members may be
accompanied by guests if using any officially issued
guest passes that accompany a Membership . Guests are admitted on the condition they observe the Terms & Conditions applicable to members. Members will be responsible for the conductof their guestsand must accompany them at
all times. 

  

  

  

  

      General 

13.  Opening times will
be displayed and available on the Gleddoch website. 

  

14. Membership access is only at the times applicable to the
relevant category of membership. This will be notified and any changes will be
communicated with at least 30 days’ notice. 

  

15. All spa, leisure and gym facilities will close 15 minutes before the advertisedclosing time to allow memberstime to change.  

  

16. The spa facilities are only available to those 16 years of
age or above. Children under the age of 16 will not be permitted membership or
entry as a guest. 

  

17. You may not bring pets (other than guide dogs) onto the premises. 

  

18. You must not take any photography or videos inside the facility (including by use of a cameraon a mobile phone). 

  

19. We reserve the right to use any
individual or group photographs or videos ofyou forpress or promotional purposes.However, where reasonably possible, we will ask you to sign a use of image rights form to consent to this usage. 

  

20. With the exception of water you must not consume any food or drink on the premises that you have brought in from outside. 

  

21. We reserve theright to show potential Membersand otherindividuals the facilities on a trial basis. 

  

  

Gymnasium use 

22. You must complete a Health Screen Questionnaire before using any fitness facilities. 

  

23. You should seek instruction before using
unfamiliar equipment  

  

24. Appropriate clean exercise clothing and shoes must be worn whilst exercising. 

  

25. Gymnasium equipment must not be used for longer than 15 minutes during
busy periods. 

  

26. You are asked to wipe down gymnasium equipment after use. 

  

27. You are asked to arrive at the gymnasium five (5) minutes prior to any personal training or induction appointments. Wereserve the right to refuse to re-book an appointment for you if you repeatedly cancel (with less than 24 hours notice) or fail to keep an appointment for services and/or exercise programmes. 

  

28. You may notuse thegymnasium while under the influenceof alcohol, anticoagulants, antihistamines, beta-blockers, narcotics, tranquilizers 

or any medication or other substance which may affect your ability to exercise safely. 

  

  

Behaviour and dress 

29. You should conduct yourself in a quiet and well-mannered
fashion when in or about the facility, and in a manner that will not disturb or
impair the use and enjoyment of the facility by any other person. In particular you may not use foul, loud, or abusive language, nor will you behave in a threatening manner. Nor willyou molest or harass otherMembers, guests, visitors, or members of staff.  You may not bring,use, or be under the influenceof illegal drugs and may
not bring any intoxicating liquor onto the premises. 

  

30. We may terminateyour Membership and may refuseyou entry, oreject you from the facility, if you commit a serious or repeated breach of these Terms & Conditions, your Membership contract, or if you engage in any other serious misconduct. 

  

31. Complaintsshould be communicated privately toa memberof the Spa management team. 

  

  

  

  

  

  

32. Smoking is prohibited in any area
including the use of e-cigarettes, vapes or similar devices. 

  

33. You must bedressed in suitable attire atall timeswhen on the premises,and appropriate exercise
clothing is required whilst exercising.The Spa management may, at their discretion, require you to leave the premises if your attire is not considered suitable. 

  

34. Members are respectfully requested to
store coats and rucksacks in the lockers provided. 

      Lockers 

35. Lockers are made available subject to availability. Gleddoch Resorts Ltd does not undertake that use of a locker will guarantee that no theft of or damage to your property will occur. We will not accept any liability
in relation to locker thefts. You should check that your household contents or other insurance policy protects you against any risk of theft. 

  

36. Lockers may only be used for the purposes of keeping gym kit, toiletries, and the clothing that you were wearing when you came to the facility. The keeping of any other items
in lockers is prohibited. If Gleddoch ResortsLtd has reasonable grounds to suspect that a locker is being used in breach of this condition, Gleddoch Resorts Ltd
reserves the right to open the lockerin question (by force if necessary) and remove any offending
items. 

  

37. Lockers are available for use only while you are on the premises. Use of a locker whilenot on the premises is prohibited. If you leaveyour belongings overnight in a locker, Gleddoch Resorts Ltd
reserves the right to open the locker (by force if necessary) and remove your
belongings. In this instancea £50 charge will be incurred by the Member. 

  

38. Your belongings, so removed,will be available for collectionfrom the Spa Receptionfor a period of thirty(30) days. If you do not collectyour belongings within thirty (30) days,
your belongings may be donated to
charity. 

  

39. Lockers and locker keys remain the
property of Gleddoch Resorts Ltd and locker keys must not be taken from the premises at any time. 

  

  

Car parking 

40. Our car
parks may only be used by Members, guests, and visitors while they are on the premises. You may not leave your car in our car parks at any
other time. 

  

  

Swimming pool and spa area 

41. For reasons of health, safety and hygiene you must: 

  

(a) obey the instructions of our staff; 

(b) always shower before entering thesaunas, steam rooms, hot tubs
or swimming pools; 

(c) not consume,store, or bring intothe changingrooms or swimming pool area, any food or drink or any kind of glass container; 

(d) only shave in the wash basins provided; 

(e) not attempt to dry clothes or towels in the sauna; 

(f) not bring sauna oils or essences, cosmetic products, newspapers/magazines/books or other flammable materials
into the sauna as these constitute a serious fire hazard; 

(g) not bring oils or essences to the steam room as pouring them on the steam outletwill create a burn hazard. 

  

42. You must: (a) wear long hair tied up, or in a swimming cap whilst in the swimming pools; (b) notrun around, jumpor diveinto the swimming pool; (c) comply with any directions and rules
posted in the swimming pool and spa areas; and (d) wear conventional swimming
costumes only 

  

43. No balls, floats,or inflatables are permitted inthe swimmingpool area. 

  

44. Heads should never be submerged in the hydrotherapy/spa pool
or the ice bath. 

  

45. You may not use the saunas, steam rooms or pools while under the influence ofalcohol, anticoagulants, antihistamines,beta-blockers, 

narcotics, or tranquillisers.  

If youany medical conditions, including high orlow bloodpressure, heart disease, cardiac
irregularities, asthma and/or diabetes, or if
you are pregnant you should consultyour doctor prior to usingour facilities. 

  

  

  

  

  

  

46. You should use the steamrooms, saunas, spa facilities and swimmingpools (where applicable) in moderation and under medical advice. 

  

47. When using the
spa facilities, including the steamrooms and/or saunas, youare requestedto wear swimming attire. 

  

  

Health and safety 

48. You must usethe mainSpa Receptionentrance when entering or leaving
the premises.  

49. Fire exits, which areclearly marked, are therein theinterests of safety and you must not interfere with fire doorsfor any reason. 

  

50. You must read the health& safety noticesposted outside any equipmentor facility rooms and comply with their recommendations. 

  

51. You must complywith any reasonable requests madeby themembers of staff in relation to matters of health and safety. 

  

  

Freezing your membership 

52. We offer a temporary freeze available to all membership types for genuine reasons of inability
to use the facilities. This enables
you to put your membership on hold for a short period of time to cover events suchas illness, pregnancy, healthissues and working away from home. Membership freezing is strictly at the discretion of GleddochResorts Ltd and is subjectto the following terms: 

  

(a) minimum
period of two months 

(b) maximum period of sixmonths 

(c) all requests forfreezing must be given inwriting two weeks prior totherequested freeze date 

(d) membership cards will be retained by Gleddoch Resorts Ltd for the duration
of the frozen period 

(e) it is the Members’ responsibility to make contact prior to returning 

  

  

Termination of membership 

53. Termination of membership by the Member is subject to a three
month notice period and must be given in writing. If payment is made by monthly direct debit it is the responsibility of
the Member to cancel the instruction with their bank followingcompletion of the notice period. Ifmembership is paid in full, three months will be
deducted and a refund for the remainderwill be made to the Member.
